Healthcare with time, access, and a plan.

Insurance can cover an office visit, but it does not cover the time and follow-through required for truly personalized care. Membership includes many follow-up services at no additional cost, including telemedicine follow-ups, e-visits, select exams, and prior authorizations.

Annual Physical

Enrolled members receive a full annual visit that includes:

  • Complete medical history and lifestyle assessment

  • Head-to-toe physical exam

  • Vital signs and cardiometabolic screening

  • Preventive care counseling and risk-reduction strategies

  • Review of chronic disease risks (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorders, etc.)

Screening Labs

Labs are processed through Sherman Abrams Laboratory to identify health risks.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

  • Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP)

  • Lipid Panel

  • Hemoglobin A1c

  • Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Thyroid Panel

In-Person Office visit

One Annually

Enrolled members receive one annual visit that includes:

  • Routine checkup

  • Point-of-care testing for strep, COVID-19, and influenza, etc.

  • Any necessary prescriptions sent to the employee’s preferred pharmacy

  • Gynecological Exam

  • Men’s wellness exam
